All Windy City Soaring instruction is provided by FAA Certified Instructors who are club members.

Aero-tow Rates - Effective April 2009
$18	Less than 1000 ft (for training)

Aero-tow Retrieve Rates - Effective April 2009
$32.60 Flat Fee	From retrieves 11 nm or less from Hinckley (0C2) airport
Cost of 2000 ft tow + $60/ hr	All retrieves farther than 11 nm from Hinckley (0C2) airport

Deposits:
We encourage members to prepay flight time in amounts of $100 or more. This greatly simplifies the work handled by our Treasurer. Remember, we are a club comprised of volunteers.

Field Use Fees:
Owners of privately owned sailplanes are charged a Field Use Fee of $300/year by PIC, the Hinckley Airport owner. WCSA processes the billings for PIC and does so on an annual basis.

Hangar Fees:
WCSA also rents a hangar from PIC in which full time and winter rental space is available on a limited basis. Full-time storage, including PIC Field Use Fees, is $110.00 per month. Winter storage (December-March) is $300.00 per season.
